We’ve made a utility for viewing pre-formatted timesheet reports.

All reports are currently downloadable as a raw data csv files that you can format in Excel as you wish. We had some requests for an easier to read, pre-formatted timesheet report view so we built this …

To use it go to the reports area of ForTheRecord, https://app.fortherecord.pro/account/reports choose the timesheet report, choose the date range or all, and then download the file.

Then, just drag (or upload) the csv file onto https://timesheets.fortherecord.pro/ and the data will be organised by staff member and by site, and you can expand the view to see the details, or just see the summaries. You can also download each view as a pdf.
